In 2010, Zhanna Klimova founded the youth environmental movement SND. Activists were engaged in charitable activities in Odessa: planting parks, clearing trees fallen after a winter storm in the Odessa Botanical Garden, collecting batteries, creating boxes for sorting household waste, and holding a competition with a prize fund for the greenest and cleanest yard in Odessa.

In 2012, Zhanna Klimova developed a project to create a city rose garden. A design project was created to place a rose garden on the territory of the Odessa Botanical Garden. The project was not supported by the leadership of the Mechnikov Institute. The project was moved to the territory of the park named after. Taras Shevchenko, where a group of SND movement activists planted 1,000 roses donated by Zhanna Klimova to the city.

In 2019, she founded the CARDO festival of art and creativity to support Ukrainian talent.

In 2021 she founded the charity foundation ZK-4791

In 2024, she created a program for the preservation and restoration of ancient cathedrals in the Odessa region.

In each project, Zhanna Klimova acts as an initiator, curator and philanthropist.
